§ 46-22. Defined contribution plan for general employees.

The city council confirms and adopts the Defined Contribution Plan for General Employees as amended and restated (effective date October 1, 1985) as it is set forth in full and on file in the city clerk's office. The plan and trust shall be known as and may be referred to as the Defined Contribution Plan for General Employees (October 1, 1985).
